Final Verdict: It is a lovely game, within a well-created environment. However, it will eventually become too repetitive in terms of gameplay.

Bioshock 1

Bioshock 1 is a first person game based on the shooter genre. You play as Jack who was involved in a violent plane crash which resulted in him being the only survivor. You discover an entrance which leads to the hidden world of Rapture, an underwater city. You will meet a cast of characters, various enemies, and a wide range of weaponry to help your journey in this wonderous world.

Final Verdict: An amazing game even though it is running on a dataed engine. The story is compelling and you need to pay close attention to details of the story.

Bioshock 2

Bioshock 2 is the sequel to Bioshock1. You return to Rapture and play as the main protagonist, an older type of "Big Daddy" that servers to protec the "Little Sisters" of Rapture. The journey this time involves finding out what has happened to your "assigned" Little Sister after Rapture has fallen to madness. Defeat countless enemies with your trust weapon and drill them to bits.

Final Verdict: Similarly to Bioshock1, it is running on a data engine which may result in average graphics. However, the story is very interesting and the gameplay has been improved compared to the previous game.

Bioshock Infinite

Bioshock Infinite is third entry to the Bioshock franchise and takes on a new theme and location. Final Verdict: This sequel comes as a suprise. Even though it has dropped themes from the original Bioshocks, it still maintained a compelling-story telling and has a much more polished gameplay mechanics. Furthermore, graphics are much better compared to previous entries.

Epic Battle Fantasy 4

Epic Battle Fantasy 4 is turn-based game which is heavily inspired by classic RPGS. After the events of EBF 3, Matt, Natalie, Lance, and NoLegs continued their mission to claim dibs on all loot of the world. However, in a quiet little village of Greenwood, a sacred jewel has been stolen. Anna, the village ranger sets out to recover the jewels by enlisting the help of the three memebers before the jewels are used for the wrong reasons.

Final Verdict: The EBF series is one of the my all-time favourite games. Its history dated to the old days of flash games on various flash game websites. EBF4 is one of the surviving games from the old era of video games. This game may lack the flash of a modern game but its classic style will be cherished.

League of Legends

League of Legends is one of the oldest in the genre of Multiplayer Online Battle Arena games. While League of Legends is old, development is still on-going and may never end. This game involves 5 players who are pitted against 5 other players in an arena. Through the use of various champions who has a wide variety of skills, players must work together and strategize their gameplay in order to defeat the opponents, claim objectives, and destroy the enemy nexus.

Final Verdict: League of Legends as a game is only priotised for the gameplay aspects. While there are stories around for users to discover lore, it is not the main aspect of the game. However, it should also be noted that the gameplay may become repetitive and it is advised to explore this game with friends.

Fallout 4

Fallout 4 is one of the games which I'm on the fence about. This game revolves around the Lone wanderer exploring the remnants of Boston in a world ravaged by nuclear bombardment. Your goal is to find your son, who was taken from the vault just when the bombs started to fall. However, you have the freedom to complete whatever goals or quests that you want to do first. This first person shooter game also has a outpost system where you can create outposts for survivors to join.

Final Verdict: The most prominant fallout game for me was Fallout: New Vegas. That game spoiled me with its amazing story-telling and mechanics. Fallout4 on the other hand, does not have that feeling. However, its gameplay has improved from updates to the engine used.

Starcraft 2

Starcraft 2 is a real-time strategic game invovling three different races. This game comprises of 3 sections: The main campaign; The online PVP; and The custom games. The main campaign tells the story of the Terran, Zerg, and Protoss race after the events of Starcraft: Broodwar. The online PVP involves player-versus-player gameplay in which players pick a race and battle each other until one player remains. Lastly, the custom games involve player-made arcade modes and the Co=op mission modes.

Final Verdict: Starcraft 2 hit the nail on many points for me. I was able to enjoy a good story in the campaign, and have fun in arcade mode with friends. Starcraft 2 is a successful sequel to the original Starcraft game.
